Role Purpose:Support the HR Manager and key stakeholders by providing comprehensive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. Contribute to the development of the HR function and participate in key projects across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted HR advisor.
  • Enhance people management capabilities across the site.
  • Manage Employee Relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Monitor attendance and conduct sickness absence reviews.
  • Lead the Employee Forum and produce HR metrics.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and payroll activities.
  • Support HR processes such as salary reviews and employee surveys.

Attributes, Skills, and Experience Requirements:

  • CIPD qualification preferred.
