Graduate IT AnalystAberdeen (Onsite)£24,000 - £27,000
What You'll Do:- Be the first point of contact for IT issues, assisting users via phone, email, and helpdesk tickets.
- Set up and configure hardware and troubleshoot software and hardware problems.
- Provide friendly and professional support while keeping users updated on ticket progress.
- Learn about system administration and escalate complex issues to senior colleagues.
- Contribute to maintaining and creating IT support documentation.
- Review support logs to identify recurring problems and suggest improvements.
