What You'll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for IT issues, assisting users via phone, email, and helpdesk tickets.
  • Set up and configure hardware and troubleshoot software and hardware problems.
  • Provide friendly and professional support while keeping users updated on ticket progress.
  • Learn about system administration and escalate complex issues to senior colleagues.
  • Contribute to maintaining and creating IT support documentation.
  • Review support logs to identify recurring problems and suggest improvements.
