Business Systems Analyst

We’re seeking a motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our team and help drive the success of the business through the analysis and optimisation of systems and processes. The Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes and recommend improvements.

The role

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements.
• Business Process Analysis: Analyse and assess current business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• System Design & Optimisation: Develop and recommend system solutions that improve business efficiency and effectiveness.
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation of functional and technical specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT, development teams, and external stakeholders to ensure system implementation aligns with business goals.
• Testing & Validation: Assist in the development of test plans, and ensure proper implementation and performance of new systems and updates.
• Training & Support: Provide ongoing support and training to users on system functionality and enhancements..

The Person.

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in systems analysis, requirements gathering, and business process modelling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on system optimisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
