Position: Imports Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and organized Imports Coordinator to join our team in Aberdeen. This role involves coordinating multi-modal import operations for our freight forwarding services, specifically for our oil and gas clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling various modes of transport and a strong understanding of import logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Multi-Modal Import Operations: Manage shipments using various modes of transport (road, sea, air) to ensure timely and efficient delivery.Manage Shipments for Oil and Gas Clients: Handle the logistics for clients in the oil and gas sector, ensuring their specific needs are met.Ensure Compliance with Import Regulations and Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary import documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.Liaise with Clients, Carriers, and Other Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and other parties to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.Handle Issues During the Import Process: Address and resolve any problems that occur during the import process to ensure successful shipment completion.Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:001-hour lunch breakBenefits:
