Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters
- Draft, review and negotiate complex contracts and agreements
- Assist clients with mergers, acquisitions and disposals
- Advise on corporate governance and compliance issues
- Support business development initiatives and foster strong client relationships
Requirements:
- 2 – 7 years' PQE in Corporate and Commercial Law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
