We are seeking an ambitious individual with 3 to 10 years PQE to join an esteemed firm in Aberdeen. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile energy property transactions and provide expert legal advice to a diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on a wide range of energy property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development projects
- Drafting and negotiating complex contracts and agreements
- Conducting due diligence and managing transactions from inception to completion
- Providing strategic legal advice to clients in the energy sector
- Collaborating with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with 3 to 10 years of PQE in Energy or Infrastructure Real Estate law
- Strong knowledge of the energy sector and property law
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex transactions and provide strategic advice
- Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
