With a solid team structure through from senior to junior fee-earners and support staff, this firm is seeking an experienced solicitor to manage a varied and high-quality caseload from inception to completion with minimal supervision, while also assisting other members of the team in a developmental capacity.
As the successful candidate, your workload will range from complex Executries (including estates with farming assets), Will drafting, Inheritance Tax Planning, Trust work, Power of Attorney, care fees planning and charities.
STEP qualification would be advantageous, but not a prerequisite.Â
