My client is seeking a highly motivated and efficient Solicitor with experience in Private Client law to join their supportive and friendly team in Aberdeen. This role is ideal for someone who is adept in handling various Private Client transactions such as Wills, Trusts, Executry Estates, Power of Attorney, Tax and Wealth Planning, and Asset Protection.
Day-to-day of the role:- Handle a wide range of Private Client transactions including Wills, Trusts, Executry Estates, Power of Attorney, Tax and Wealth Planning, and Asset Protection.
- Provide high-quality legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage and prioritise workload effectively, functioning well under pressure.
- Maintain accurate records and manage cases efficiently using Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems.
- Qualified Solicitor in Scots Law with experience in a range of Private Client services (open to NQ level upwards.)Â
- Excellent communication skills and a kind and understanding disposition.
- Good work ethic and the ability to function well under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Case Management Systems are desirable.
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
