Full Job DescriptionMeraki Talent is currently looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (1 plus PQE) to join a Legal 500 ranked firm in Aberdeen You will have the opportunity to work of a broad range of commercial property matters where you will also assist senior fee earners and partners on major transactionsThis firm is renowned for their brilliant work culture and supporting your legal career through progression and development opportunities Responsibilities:

You will work on a broad range of commercial property matters and across numerous commercial sectors
You will work on matters such as landlord and tenant, acquisitions, disposals, development agreements, project due diligence and corporate support, property finance and licensing.
You will assist other members of the team on more complex work

Background:

You will be a junior solicitor or have 1 plus PQE in commercial property matters. Applications from more senior solicitors are also welcome
You will have attention to detail and will work well as part of a team.
