About the Role

  • Manage complex diaries, arrange meetings, and coordinate calls in the partner’s absence
  • Prioritise, summarise, and manage daily emails and correspondence
  • Prepare meeting documents, agendas, and conduct necessary research
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and conference bookings
  • Organise meeting logistics, including refreshments and reservations
  • Coordinate attendance at conferences, including travel arrangements
  • Handle client and matter opening processes
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and their secretaries
  • Organise team socials and events as needed
