It is a chance to standout and show case your knowledge and talent in a team of 4. The company will provide first-hand training to the successful conveyancing paralegal to assist them growing in their career along with the department. Monday - Friday, full time core hoursCentral AberdeenBenefits:- Join a supportive team looking to grow and develop each member to meet success - Development and training within the discipline of conveyancing, albeit some experience is essential- Salary depending on your experience; salary expectations will be discussed before an interview to ensure your expectations can be met- Beautiful office spaceDaily Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings- Provide updates to clients on the status of their transactions- Draft, review, and amend contracts, agreements, and other legal documents- Prepare and file legal documents for property transactions- Title Searches and Investigations- Communicate with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other third parties- Open, manage, and close client files, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate- Assist in the coordination of property settlements and closings- Prepare and review completion statements and transfer documents- Handle financial aspects related to conveyancing, such as deposits and disbursementsTo be shortlisted, you must have:- Minimum 1 year conveyancing experience- IT literacy and a working understanding of CRM systems- A willingness to learn and develop within the team- A proactive, go-getter attitudeIf you are a conveyancing paralegal, or a conveyancing legal secretary looking for the next step, and are ambitious to grow with a firm, this is the best opportunity on the market right now.
