- Maintaining client expectations.
- Negotiating settlements and achieving the best possible outcome for clients.
- Drafting legal documents.
- Meeting fee target consistently.

QUALIFICATIONS
Desirable
- Registered paralegal qualification
- English and Maths at higher level or above
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
- Excellent communication, teamworking and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a high paced environment.

- Strong IT skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
KNOWLEDGE
Desirable
- Knowledge of litigation and debt recovery matters.
- Knowledge of Sheriff Court and Simple Procedure Rules.
