Engage Talent Partners are working with our key client within the oil and gas sector to recruit for a Personnel Logistics Co-ordinator. This is a permanent role based in Aberdeen.

The Personnel Logistics Co-ordinator will form part of the HR team and provide logistical support for offshore personnel. You will plan, organise and administer all offshore crew change actions for designated offshore units as well as other HR support activities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise and administer all offshore crew change actions in a timely manner for designated personnel/MOU.
  • Update the POB management system as required to ensure accuracy.
  • Update the rotational planner as required to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide general HR Administrative Support to the HR Team as directed.
  • Assist with and support the recruitment and selection of offshore personnel for designated MOUs. Ensure that the correct procedure and process is followed and that it is carried out efficiently and effectively with assistance where necessary.
  • Assist with the HR onboarding/leaver process of all Company new starts and leavers, ensuring the relevant action tracker/checklists are updated accordingly.
  • Maintain the Company HR database(s) as required to always ensure accuracy of personnel records.
  • Approve invoices allocated in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with Rig Management to meet operational requirements.
  • Assist with and administer change of personal details, employee payroll, pension and private medical insurance information to ensure accurate and current information is maintained.
  • Assist with the administration of the monthly offshore payroll for the designated personnel/MOU.
  • Attend any formal HR meetings in relation to disciplinary, grievance and performance management etc. and act as minute taker, as required ensuring an accurate account of the meeting and actions are taken.
  • Participate in the weekly HR on call rota providing 24 hours on call duty to all MOU(s) as required.
  • Participate in the emergency response exercises and respond as required.
  • Be familiar with the Company approved training matrix as well as the training requirements for the country of operation for the MOU(s).

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Personnel Logistics or crewing role, preferably relating to offshore activities. This role will also include HR support activities although training in this area will be provided.
