Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full time 44 hours per week

Why This Role? Our client, a leading wholesale distributor for the motor trade in the North of Scotland, is searching for a dynamic leader. Youll be at the helm of warehouse and distribution operations for their Aberdeen and Dundee depots, playing a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving operational excellence, and managing an engaged and productive team.

What You'll Do:
- Lead from the Front: Youll take ownership of the warehouse and distribution operations, guiding a skilled team to achieve peak performance while ensuring your customers receive the best possible service.
- Operational Excellence: With your hands-on approach, youll optimise operational costs, manage resources effectively, and ensure KPIs are met and exceeded.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Youll place the customer at the heart of everything, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of all service commitments.

- You have a proven track record in warehouse, distribution, or retail management, with a strong focus on delivering results.

- Youre commercially savvy, with a focus on maximising profits and minimising loss, while always putting the customer first.
- Youre organised, proactive, and confident in managing a fast-paced environment where operational excellence is key.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in a service-focused business or a retail environment with a strong customer service ethos.
- Success in managing KPIs, delivering sales and service targets, and driving operational efficiency.
- A track record of recruiting, developing, and leading teams in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages and experience in managing compliance across Health & Safety, GDPR, and Quality Control.
- The ability to travel between Aberdeen and Dundee depots as part of your remit.
