What You'll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a service-focused business or a retail environment with a strong customer service ethos.
  • Success in managing KPIs, delivering sales and service targets, and driving operational efficiency.
  • A track record of recruiting, developing, and leading teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages and experience in managing compliance across Health & Safety, GDPR, and Quality Control.
  • The ability to travel between Aberdeen and Dundee depots as part of your remit.
