The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations on local authority sites, ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. A company van will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities

Ensure health & safety compliance across the site

Communicate effectively with site manager, subcontractors, tenants and suppliers

Manage site records and reporting

Monitor project progress and quality of workmanship

Qualifications and Skills:

Site Supervisor in construction, graduates welcome

SSSTS certification (essential)

First Aid at Work certification (essential)

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Strong leadership and organisational skills
