First Achieve's Engineering Division are hiring for an Operations Co-oridnator for their client in Aberdeen who supplies cargo units to the offshore industry.

Core Purpose:

As an Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Operations team to ensure the accurate and timely entry of customer data into our Rental database (CSAM). You will play a key role in supporting the daily operations, meeting month-end deadlines, and ensuring customer satisfaction through the precise processing of customer movements and billing information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter customer movements into the Rental database (CSAM) on a daily basis.
  • Ensure customer data is updated correctly and meet month-end deadlines to allow for timely invoicing.
  • Compile and submit daily reports to customers in line with contract requirements.
  • Reconcile monthly tracker reports for customers as per contract requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Operations department and customers to ensure accurate asset movements and data capture in the system.
  • Work with Sales invoicing and customers to ensure accurate billing information.
  • Update pricing information for key accounts in the Rental database.
  • Provide administrative support to the UK Sales and Rental team as needed.
  • Assist other areas of the Operations Department as required.

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the health and safety of staff under direct control or supervision.
  • Carry out activities in line with risk assessments and good working practices.
  • Report accidents and incidents promptly.
  • Adhere to Group Health and Safety Policy.

Quality and Environmental Responsibilities:

  • Comply with the ISO 9001 management system and Group Quality Policy.
  • Follow recycling standards and proper disposal protocols.
  • Reduce energy consumption by turning off electrical equipment when not in use.
  • Report any spills to the Group QHSE Team/Line Manager immediately.
  • Comply with COSHH assessments and use appropriate PPE.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong working knowledge of administration systems.
  • Proficient IT skills, including Excel (essential).
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Well-organized and capable of working autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proactive with a strong initiative to solve problems and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • English - Pass at Standard Grade or equivalent.
  • Maths - Pass at Standard Grade or equivalent.
