Position: Site Manager
Location: Aberdeen, Scotland
Project: Excavation and Cable/Pipe Laying
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 6th January 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 13-week excavation and cable/pipe laying project in Aberdeen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of site operations, including excavation, cable/pipe laying, and commissioning work
- Managing site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Enforcing strict compliance with health and safety standards on site.
- Monitoring project progress and maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- First Aid at Work certification.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proven experience managing excavation and utility projects is advantageous.
