An opportunity has arisen for a Client Administration Assistant at our Altens Base. This role is responsible for supporting the daily operational needs of the business, ensuring a high standard of service delivery in accordance with customer or company requirements.

Day to day duties will primarily be assisting the team with the system processing of receiving and shipping materials along with general office activities including, administration tasks, activity tracking and performance reporting.

The successful candidate must be competent using Microsoft Office packages. ERP system experience would be beneficial although on the job training will be provided. They must have good customer service skills and excellent attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is motivated, adaptable and flexible in a fast moving and exciting environment.
