Our client is currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator. Based in Aberdeen, the role is on a contract basis and offers hybrid working.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and processing most aspects of billing and invoicing in the Upstream Chemicals product line, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- The role required excellent organisational skills to maintain efficient operations and support other administrative tasks as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective relationships with internal customers.
- Proficiency with software applications including MS Office, e-mail, and web browsers.
- Prior experience with SAP or other ERP system required.
- Highly motivated, process driven, focused, result orientated, strong drive for excellence.
- Basic trouble shooting skills and the ability to problem solve.
- Qualifications bachelor’s degree in, Science, Engineering, or related field.
