Why This Role?Our client, a premier wholesale distributor in the motor trade across the North of Scotland, is seeking an Operations Manager who thrives on challenges and is committed to excellence. In this key role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's Aberdeen and Dundee depots, ensuring seamless processes that meet customer demands while fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Operational Excellence: You will be responsible for streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring all operations run smoothly. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding service while meeting and exceeding operational KPIs.
  • Team Leadership: You’ll motivate and develop a talented team, instilling a strong culture of accountability and collaboration. Your leadership will empower staff to excel and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
