This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Supervisor, with a background as a Field Engineer within Well Intervention. As a senior member of the team, you will be integral to the performance and quality of the service delivered to clients. You will thrive in operations; being adept at dealing with all areas from forecasting, processes, people and clients, as well strong understanding of health and safety.

Job Summary:As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead and manage the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of client operations. Your expertise will ensure the consistent, on-time, and error-free delivery to our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence:
    • Forecast operational needs for equipment and resources.
    • Maintain and track all operational assets to ensure readiness.
    • Handle visa applications and adhere to country-specific requirements.
  • Equipment Management:
    • Oversee the preparation, load-out, and maintenance of equipment.
    • Identify and source equipment required for planned operations.
  • Team & Process Development:
    • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the field service team.
    • Assist in the manufacturing process, including mechanical and electronic assembly, ensuring the highest quality standards.
  • Customer Focus:
    • Deliver outstanding service, maintaining integrity and a focus on quality in all interactions.
  • Field Operations:
    • Perform field operations as needed, representing the company with professionalism and expertise.
  • Vendor Relationships:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

  • Ensure personal and team compliance with all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
  • Act responsibly to prevent harm to self, colleagues, and the environment.
  • Report any safety concerns, defects, or shortcomings
