Site Manager

First Task professional are delighted to be working with a family owned business to recruit a Site Manager to oversee a new build development in Aberdeen on a 6 month contract.

The development is a steel framed building which has the frame up and the required candidate will be managing the project from building envelope works onwards so a rounded knowledge of the new build process is essential.

Must be a confident Site Manager capable of working autonomously and be capable of doing material take offs and managing multiple different sub-contractors concurrently and coordinating works.

A client facing approach is essential for this role as the Site Manager will be involved in regular progress updates with the client

SMSTS & First Aid is required.

Working hours are 8am - 5pm to begin with but as the fit out stages ramp up hours will likely increase to 10 hrs per day.

Can be worked Ltd, CIS or PAYE
