In your new role as Site Manager you will oversee construction on a private house building site, ensuring all aspects of construction projects conform to customer standards, budgets, timelines, and quality requirements, you will ensure site teams maintain a steady flow of information between all departments and conduct routine visual inspections ensuring site operations are monitored, recorded, and in compliance with construction standards. Additionally, you will ensure subcontractors deliver performance against guidelines, controlling costs and ensuring projects complete on time and within budget.
As a minimum, you must have 5 years experience within a management role, specifically within house building. You must have SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS qualifications alongside positive previous employers references.
As reward, you will be offered a desirable base salary (55000-65000) + car package + benefits.
