The Successful Marine Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Electromechanical Engineer will provide electromechanical repair, service, and maintenance on industrial electrical systems such as marine vessels, boats, generators, control sensors, control panels, battery power sources, AC/DC circuits, and other industrial electrical related products and systems.
The Marine Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Electromechanical Engineer will have a service background in electromechanical and or marine engineering such as marine vessels, ships, generators, power distribution systems, pumps, motors, gearboxes, control panels, AC/DC circuits, and or similar industrial mechanical engineering products / systems.

Marine Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Electromechanical Engineer Role
- To provide electromechanical repair, service, and maintenance on industrial electrical systems such as marine vessels, boats, generators, control sensors, control panels, battery power sources, AC/DC circuits, and other industrial electrical related products and systems.
- Will ensure compliance with the 18th edition wiring regulations for all electrical work completed
- Submit accurate visit and time sheets duly signed by the customer upon completion of the work.
- Perform emergency breakdown fault finding and repairs industrial electrical engineering systems / equipment such as marine vessels, AC/DC circuits, generators, engines, motors, pumps, gearboxes and more.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
Marine Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Electromechanical Engineer Requirements
- Proven diagnostic skills on complicated industrial electrical and mechanical engineering products / systems
- Experience as a Marine Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Marine Electrician / Industrial Electrician / Field Service Engineer / Service Engineer / Service Technician / Installation Engineer or similar.
- Experience working on industrial electrical engineering systems such as marine vessels, ships, generators, power distribution systems, navigation systems, control panels, AC/DC circuits, and or similar electrical engineering products / systems.
- Will be proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Offshore experience is desired but by no means essential.
- A technical mechanical / electrical / electronic / instrumentation qualification, apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree would be advantageous.
- Must be commutable to Aberdeen Harbour
