We are currently looking for a Pump Maintenance Engineer in collaboration with our well-established client - one of Scotland’s leading pump service and maintenance providers. With 30 years of industry experience and branches located across Scotland, they provide planned and reactive maintenance for various customers and business sectors.

The company specialises in water boosting and pressurisation systems, circulation of heating, and cooling systems, submersible wastewater and drainage water systems.

Due to continued growth, and ever-increasing workload, our client is currently recruiting full-time permanent mechanical and electrical engineers.

The role will consist of:

Planed and reactive maintenance, repair and installation of pumps and associated equipment. Fault finding of pumps, pump motors, control panels and inverter drives.

The hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with a one-hour lunch break.

The role will be a mix of on-site works and works in the workshop.

There is an on-call Rota for the engineers and regular weekend and after hours overtime available.

Engineers will be provided with a company van.

Salary offer between £35,000 & £40,000 depending on experience. Overtime will be available to increase income and there is scope for advancement within the business.

Job requirements:

UK driver’s license,

Experience working with pumps and associated equipment such as pump control panels and inverter drives is preferred.

Preferred but not essential - 18th edition and confined space entry certified.
