Electrical-Mechanical Technician

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Electrical-Mechanical Technician is now available with a Global leader in the Oil and Gas Industry. This role will be based in Aberdeen and will require travel to a variety of site locations to provide support on a range of equipment types such as various motors and generators.

Duties:

• Travel to client sites when required.
• Carry out Electro-mechanical maintenance on motors and generators.
• Inspect and strip down Electro-mechanical equipment.
• Delegate and organise scoped for your designated site team.
• Report any faults in a timely manner.
• Complete any required paperwork.

Must:

• Hold a formal apprenticeship or hold extensive experience in Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• Hold Compex certification.
• Have previous experience of dismantling, rewinding, assembling and testing of electrical / mechanical LV/HV rotating equipment in utilities such as Power, Hydro and O&G.
