Your Role:
- Conduct routine electrical and mechanical maintenance of equipment, perform quality inspections, and troubleshoot production lines and processes to minimize downtime.
- PCL Logic experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Execute electro-mechanical repairs on high-speed, PLC-controlled machinery, handling and packaging equipment, as well as pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Communicate effectively with production teams, providing timely updates on breakdowns and downtime.
- Offer technical support for plant facilities and services, including compressed air, refrigeration, and steam.
- Perform Preventive & Predictive Maintenance routines, inspections, reports, and remedial actions.
- Monitor production line and machine performance closely, identifying and investigating faults and opportunities for improvement.
- Intervene online at points of failure and during performance reductions.
- Be proactive in fault detection, planning, communicating, and executing necessary remedial actions.
- Collaborate with equipment suppliers on new installations and modifications.
- Utilize the maintenance management system (CMMS) proactively, recording all changes, transactions, and work performed.
