Hours: 9:00- 5:00 Mon - FriJob Description:We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient dispatch of goods while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various software applications, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Duties:
-Inform customers when orders are ready for collection, providing shipment details
-Generate and issue delivery documents, including Commercial Invoices and packing lists
- Liaise with shipping companies to ensure efficient deliveries
- Use the system for order processing and tracking
- Contact customers in various regions and manage customer interactions
- Manage certification processes
-Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and record maintenance
Person Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics or coordinator role-Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
-Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
-Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
