Service Plumber - Exciting Opportunity!Location: Covering North Scotland (Aberdeen, Banchory, Peterhead, Fraserburgh, Montrose) Starting Salary: £19.00 PAYE per hour (DOE - top end) Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Dayshifts, 40 hour per week)Employment Type: Full-Time Start Date: As soon as possibleAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Plumber to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the functionality of plumbing systems across commercial offices and schools. As a key member of our team, you will travel between locations, addressing a variety of plumbing needs while delivering exceptional customer service.________________________________________Key Responsibilities* Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems, identifying and resolving faults.* Maintain and service water heaters, boilers, and other plumbing-related equipment.* Repair leaks, clogs, and other plumbing problems in commercial offices and schools.* Replace or repair pipes, faucets, and fixtures as needed.* Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.* Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.* Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of issues and solutions.* Provide excellent customer service to all clients.* Respond promptly to urgent plumbing issues and be available for on-call emergency repairs.________________________________________Skills and Experience Required* Strong problem-solving abilities.* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.* Excellent customer service and communication skills.* A sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.* Capable of working independently while traveling between jobs.* Good time management and organizational skills.________________________________________Person Requirements* Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job.* Qualified plumber (Gas Safe certification is desirable but not essential).* Approachable, polite, and professional demeanour.* Takes pride and care in their work.* Enjoys problem-solving and finding effective solutions.* Comfortable with being on the road and working across various locations.________________________________________What We Offer* Competitive starting salary of £19.00 per hour (DOE - top end).* A company van & fuel card for travel between job sites.* Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.* A supportive and collaborative work environment.________________________________________How to ApplyIf you are a qualified plumber who enjoys being on the road and solving complex problems while providing excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.
