We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at our clients Aberdeen facility. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting a diverse range of operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and oversee the maintenance and repair of North Sea offshore equipment across all PSLs, including Cementing, Well Production, Pressure Equipment, Pipeline Systems, and Coil Tubing.
- Ensure the efficient planning and scheduling of activities using SAP systems to maintain operational excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project and operational deadlines.
- Uphold high standards of safety, compliance, and quality in all aspects of mechanical supervision.
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance to the team, driving continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Proven experience with North Sea offshore equipment and operations.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP planning and scheduling systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
