Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator for a permanent position, located in Aberdeen.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with Workshop Supervisor, Quality Control and Projects team on all fabrication and machining scopes progressing through facilities.
- Create detailed Coating Instructions.
- Create detailed Delivery Notes for all materials leaving the business.
- Coordinate shipping documentation inclusive of packing lists, delivery notes and dangerous goods.
- Coordinate materials to and from Coating providers.
- Coordinate the dispatch team to prep materials for delivery.
- Coordinate internal and external transport of materials.
- Maintain the live Production Schedule with Project Status.

This role will be carried out within a 39 hour basic working week with regular overtime
