About the Role
As a key member of the valuation team, you will provide expert valuation advice to:
- Banks, private & corporate clients, and public sector organisations (including healthcare & education sectors)
- Financial reporting, secured lending, and consultancy purposes
- Landlord/tenant advisory services where required
About You
- MRICS/FRICS qualified valuation surveyor
- Proven experience advising a diverse client base
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and secured lending valuations
- Ability to provide consultancy and landlord/tenant advice
