An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Valuer with 3 years’ experience in estate agency valuations to join an award-winning firm of estate agents and solicitors, offering excellent benefits.
As a Senior Valuer, you will identify and secure new valuation opportunities, convert these into new business, and ensure accurate pricing while maximising property exposure.
You will be responsible for:
- Advise on tailored marketing strategies for properties.
- Clarify the fee structure and promptly follow up with marketing proposals and quotations.
- Outline the selling process and suggest improvements for higher returns or enhanced saleability.
- Investigate reasons for lost instructions.
- Stay informed about local property market conditions and competitors.
What we are looking for:
- At least 3 years’ experience in estate agency valuations.
- Background in conducting valuations and building business.
- Educated to Higher level or above.
- Knowledge of local property market conditions, economic factors, and advertising mediums.
- Understanding of the conveyancing process and local authority standards.
