Job Title: Leasing Manager
Salary: 30,000 per annum
Hours: Mon - Fri (9am-5pm)
Location: Aberdeen city centre

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Leasing Manager to oversee the management of a portfolio of 80 properties. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for both landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth property operations and high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Property Management: Oversee a portfolio of 80 properties, ensuring all leasing, maintenance, and tenant-related matters are managed efficiently.
* Maintenance Management: Address and coordinate property maintenance requirements, liaising with contractors and service providers.
* Landlord & Tenant Liaison: Respond promptly to queries from landlords and tenants via email or phone, ensuring clear and professional communication.
* Flat Inspections: Conduct thorough property inspections upon tenant move-out, ensuring any damages are noted and necessary repairs are actioned.
* Compliance: Ensure all property certifications (e.g., gas safety, electrical inspections) are up to date.
* Leasing Agreements: Draft and manage leasing agreements in line with company policies and legal regulations.
* Staff Training: Provide training and support to new team members to ensure smooth onboarding and team integration.

Ideal Candidate:
* Strong experience in property management and leasing
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency in handling tenant queries and managing landlord relationships
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of the portfolio
