Property Administration Assistant

An amazing opportunity to join our city centre property expert, working as part of a small team of 3 where your efforts will be truly appreciated and recognised by the business.Part-time Property Administrator in Aberdeen, permanent role - salary dependent on experience.Part-time hours to suit your personal commitments, Salary: £23k - £27k FTEWhat your day to day will look like:- Deliver excellent customer service at all times- Build and maintain relationships with tenants, contractors and landlords- Process and distribute comms- Coordinate tasks as directed by the Property Managers- Manage property keys and assist with insurance claims- Support invoice preparation and property sales- Maintain accurate customer records and mailboxes management- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and response timesWhat we are looking for:- Previous customer service experience- Strong communication skills- Team player with Office 365 proficiency- Target-driven and works well under pressure
