Sonic Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Handyman for a temporary contract based in Aberdeen.
The role involves providing technical assistance, performing repairs, and maintaining facilities in collaboration with the Group Estate Manager and Operations Managers.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of Health & Safety protocols and demonstrate a high level of conduct and appearance.
The position requires regular PAT testing and planned preventative maintenance checks, with findings documented and reported accordingly.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

We are looking for Experienced Handyman based in Aberdeen for Temporary contract.

Duties & Responsibility

To provide technical assistance facility staff and carry out repair and maintenance work where appropriate to do so.To assist the Group Estate Manager in conjunction with the Operations Managers in the repair and maintenance of facilities.
To carry out duties that support the safe and efficient operation of facilities.
To ensure a duty of care to self, staff and members of the public.
To work within our Health & Safety, COSHH and risk assessment guidelines at all times.
maintain a high level of conduct and appearance at all times.
To understand and display appropriate signage and undertake pre-work commencement checks as required when carrying out maintenance duties.
To carry out regular PAT testing as when required to do so
To carry out planned preventative maintenance checks, such as monthly emergency lighting checks, as well as safety checks and general checks on operational equipment and fixtures and fittings and report the findings to operational teams and the Group Estate Manager, recording the results in appropriate documentation where required
