Senior Recruitment Consultant - ConstructionAberdeen£30,000 - £38,000 + Uncapped Commission & Car Allowance (depending on level)Our Construction division at Search is expanding & we are recruiting for an ambitious & highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Aberdeen office.The construction industry is fast-paced and offers a variety of roles, including labourers, joiners, plasterers, and electricians. As a specialist in this market, you will be building & creating new business opportunities whilst benefiting from our lucrative commission structure.We offer a clear and detailed development plan from your first day in the business. Additionally, you will have access to our award-winning training program, which includes regular coaching from management, Talent Development Partners, and online learning platforms.In this role you will have the benefits of an Office space - gym membership. This is also a warm desk, so you will be coming in to manage a desk of circa £2500, as well as building on new business. This is a high performing team, so we are looking for someone with the same mindset.Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience within recruitment or sales role
• Highly ambitious individuals who are keen to progress and succeed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to build relationships and rapport with candidates & clients
• Experience of working towards targets
• Able to remain motivated and resilient at all times
