GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute regional sales, marketing, and business development strategies in coordination with
Sales & Marketing Director, SS Business Development Director and Regional Management teams.
Maintain and update all records of client interactions, leads and opportunities within CRM (Salesforce)
Responsible for delivering agreed individual sales targets. The targets will be agreed yearly.
Responsible for ensuring a consistent and transparent approach to account management, regional client
account management and business acquisition.
Maintain strong relationships both inside and outside of the company.
Maintain and expand existing client base.
Prospect and secure new clients and business.
Be self-sufficient, plan, prepare and execute sales trips within regions to visit/maintain existing clients,
source new clients and expand business.
Plan to attend key market events and conferences and functions as required.
Conduct market research, source market intelligence and keep up to date with regional activity in order
to act upon this and expand business.
Pass on any market intelligence, relevant to other regions, to other Asset Integrity/Group BD
personnel/regions.
Keep existing clients aware of OES service range, upsell and expand OES and DSL scope where
possible and probe for further opportunities to conduct services.
Negotiate with clients in order to obtain the best outcome for Asset Integrity and ensuring Terms and
Conditions of sale are accurate, relevant and enforceable.
Lead the preparation and collation of technical and commercial proposals and tenders in a timely
manner, and ensure they are delivered to the customer.
Help to maintain and improve OES and DSL image in the marketplace.
Liaise and participate in Regional Operations meetings to keep them up to date on potential & upcoming
work to assist with planning and resource allocation.
Maintain an understanding of feedback on work that is being or has been conducted.
Assist in chasing PO's and payments when needed.
Maintain a reasonable technical understanding of OES and DSL product/service range.
Prepare and conduct presentations.
Understand pricing in the market, including competitors pricing.
Strive to achieve set KPI.
Continuous improvement/ enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of your role.
Adhering to company policy on contract handover with SDM and OPRM

HUMAN RESOURCES
Be involved with organisation/participation of staff events, training, teambuilding as required.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
Working with the QHSE department responsible for Quality Management System compliance.

OPERATIONS
Promote and represent employer professionally and competently.
Work safely in all instances following all in-house and external safety regulations.

HSE RESPONSIBILITIES
They shall:
Be responsible to comply with the OES HSE Policy and other policies with HSE Objectives.
Be responsible to communicate the Client HSE Requirements to HSE Department during bidding
process.
Take care for the health safety and environment to ensure:
o No harm to themselves and others.
o No damage to the environment and property.
Be responsible for monitoring and minimizing the use of resources as part of fuel, water, and energy
conservation.
Be responsible for ensuring waste management and reducing waste generation by reusing and recycling.
Report all types of incidents to Line Manager, HR and HSE Department and participate in investigation
to identify root causes and necessary control measures for prevention of recurrence.
Be responsible for following the health and hygiene system at the office and report to the HSE
Department.
Be responsible for completing the job specific HSE training programs within the allocated time.
Follow OES HSE Management System and procedures.
Ensure conformance to the use of OES HSE procedures and formats.
Use vehicle in a safe manner only if authorized or competent to do so.
Report to Line Manager instantly any possible danger to any employee and environment
