A1 Jobs have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our client.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships across Scotland. You will work closely with customers to ensure their rental needs are met, managing stock counts and inventory, and building strong, long-lasting partnerships.

Due to the role being a field based vacancy, you will be required to travel 2 days per week, accomodation will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers across Scotland, serving as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock counts for our rental customers, ensuring timely replenishment and efficient inventory management
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling within the existing client base
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer service
  • Utilize CRM system to maintain detailed records of all client interactions and account activities
  • Participate in regular leadership team meetings, providing insights and recommendations to drive the business forward
  • Occasionally travel and stay overnight within Scotland to meet with clients and attend to their needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an account management or client-facing role, preferably within the textile rental or logistics industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Willingness to travel within Scotland and stay overnight as required
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
