This is an excellent opportunity for a to join a busy service department for a global oilfield services equipment provider in Aberdeen,

You'll be working closely with a number of stakeholders in a customer facing roles that ensures equipment services schedules are accurately maintained.

You'll be a vital part of the team to ensure a smoothly operating department.

Duties:

  • Liaising with customers to arrange repair and service of in-service equipment.
  • Schedule management for both personnel and equipment.
  • Managing all transactions though company ERP systems.
  • Tracking jobs, costs, servicing and calibration activities.
  • Processing, invoicing and revenue recognition for full process.
  • Forecasting regional revenue and costs.

Background
