My client is a modern Fish & seafood shop set in the stunning town of Ballater, this small shop is adjacent to a beautiful modern Fish restaurant..

As Retail Manager you will be selling the fresh produce and be efficient ideally in Fish preparation although training will be given in support of this.

Possibly perfect for an Ex Chef wanting Daytime hours..

Support in relocation is a possible..

Basic Salary up to 30k.
