Purpose: The Tendering & Proposals Coordinator role is to manage the preparation and submission of quotations, proposals, and tenders, ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, providing technical support, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the oil and gas sector.
• Assist in the preparation and management of quotations, proposals, and tenders for UK and international clients.
• Collaborate with the global sales team to tailor quotations and proposals in line with customer requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of proposals to meet client specifications.
• Support the Leadership Team with information to negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and product information to clients as required.
• Monitor and report on proposal performance and client feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production and dispatch) to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the tendering process.
• Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in CRM software.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build relationships, as required.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to existing clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Manage the proposal process from RFQ/ITB through to submission.
• Work closely with the technical and production teams to meet client requirements.
• Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and proposal success rates.
