Search are recruiting for a number of clients to support on their reception desk across the next 3 months, covering absences, holidays and vacant posts.
We are looking for professional and friendly reception staff to provide corporate reception support by being the first point of contact for staff and visitors.
Rates are between 13 - 15 per hour depending on the assignment.
The positions available are full time, Monday - Friday across Inverurie, Dyce and the center.
Duties:
- Switchboard management
- Welcoming visitors
- Taking incoming calls
- Taking messages
- Providing teas and coffees to visitors
- Setting up meeting rooms
Who we are looking for:
- Professional and friendly mannerism
- Ideally previous experience working on reception, front of house or office based customer support role
- Good IT skills
- Flexible and adaptable
