I am currently working with my Aberdeen based client, who are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to look after and maintain one of their new buildings!
Location: Aberdeen, AB25
Working Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays - 8 to 4 or 9 to 5
Pay rate: 12p/h minimum
Job details:
- Alarm testing
- General maintenance - changing lightbulbs, paint touch ups, clearing / moving / assembling furniture, light plumbing (e.g. unblocking drains), light electrical works (e.g. identifying when an appliance is or is not working)
- Recording all maintenance carried out within internal systems and completing necessary paperwork
- Maintaining and ordering stock as and when required
- You will be a helping hand for any guests or contractors, ensuring the visit is authorised
- Reporting the requirement for and arranging contractor visits for issues that are unable to be fixed by you
This position is expected to last a minimum of 1 month, with possible extension for the right candidate.
