Our client in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced Plumber to join their property maintenance team.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and the attainment of an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00, offering a pay rate of £17.50 per hour.
Responsibilities include general plumbing maintenance, working in bathrooms and kitchens, and ensuring high-quality work that meets customer satisfaction.
Candidates must hold a CSCS card and a full UK driving license.

Our Client in Aberdeen are looking to add an experienced Plumber to their team. You will be based in the Aberdeen area working as part of our client's property maintenance teams.

The Working Hours will be:
Monday - Friday
08:00-16:00

The Pay Rate will be:
17.50 Per Hour

Responsibilities include:

You will be responsible for general plumbing maintenance and improvements to domestic and untenanted properties.
Working with bathroom, kitchen and other required areas to deliver high quality work exceeding minimum industry standard quality.
Delivering the highest quality maintenance plumbing work.
Pre inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements.
Ensure that repairs and maintenance improvement works are undertaken in a considerate manner within agreed timescales, meeting customer satisfaction and needs.

Candidate Requirements:

CSCS
Attainment of an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing.
2 years' Experience
Full UK Driving License
