Job Title: Director of Operations
Salary: 85,000 - 95,000 depending on experience
Location: South Wales
Director of Operations responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the property portfolio management
- Develop and implement strategic housing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with housing regulations and standards
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage housing projects from conception to completion
- Monitor and maintain budgetary controls for the housing department
- Lead and motivate a team of housing professionals
- Continuously improve housing services based on resident feedback
Director of Operations requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a large property portfolio
- Strong strategic decision-making and leadership skills
- Sound knowledge of housing regulations and standards
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work well with diverse internal and external stakeholders
