Graduate Engineers - Perth
My client is seeking motivated and ambitious Graduate Engineers ready to launch their engineering careers within design engineering. Role Overview
As a Graduate Engineer, you will report to the Nominated Delegate Engineer and support day-to-day activities across various teams, contributing to the delivery of workstreams. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience, develop technical expertise, and engage in diverse projects. Flexibility is key, as you will rotate across teams based on workload and training needs.
Key Responsibilities
路Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures as part of the Integrated Management Systems.
路Assist in delivering allocated projects on time and within budget.
路Support cost monitoring and control.
路Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders.
路Assist in drafting and responding to correspondence.
路Plan and prioritize daily workloads.
路Contribute to design activities in compliance with CDM Regulations and produce risk assessments.
路Assist in preparing Health & Safety information packs.
路Supervise and manage subcontractors as required.
路Participate in winter maintenance activities when necessary.
路Follow the organization's Graduate Training Programme and support the Delegated Engineer and team as needed.

Candidate Requirements
路A degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
路Strong understanding of engineering principles and techniques.
路Working towards further qualifications or chartered status.
路Proficiency in analysis, design, and office software.
路Ability to meet strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
路Commercial awareness.
路A full, approved UK driving license.
