We are delighted to showcase our wood-fired pizza oven and open grill takes centre stage on a mouth-watering menu that caters for all. Set in our beautifully refurbished Gastro-bar with indulgent food and wine offering in a rustic, relaxing and beautiful restaurant that never fails to impress.
We are searching for a pizza chef who is passionate about fresh ingredients. As a highly regarded local restaurant, we take dough and fresh ingredients very seriously. The right person will approach pizza with the same love, care, curiosity, creativity, pride and sense of fun that we are known for. Working with the best produce, we want to make the most delicious products. Put it simply, we serve great food done well! The pizza section will work alongside our kitchen team who create the most mouth-watering fresh dishes from sumptuous steak to fresh fish, so working as part of a team is imperative
Our menu is influenced by Scotlands exquisite larder where we aim to elevate your expectations and where possible use local and sustainable produce.
